Guests sampling local hors-d'oeuvres
From being greeted at the entrance with your own glow in the dark bracelet to the immediate sampling of our local hors d’oeuvres of fish cakes and fried breadfruit or plantain, you will be impressed with the initiation. Now there are a few tourist attractions on the island that are well known for their ability to “get the party started” and Harbour Lights is in the top 3. Once guests are settled in, the band comes on and gets the crowd hyped as they all try to grab the balloon wavers from the air. The band for the night was Full Force, which rendered a wide offering of yesteryear’s and today’s popular music.

After the first half of the show, it was time for dinner and what a dinner it was! With a choice of shrimp kebabs, grilled steak, or mahi mahi and sides of rice, steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, garlic bread, macaroni and cheese pie, tossed salad and mixed bean salad; it was a feast to be devoured. However, the dinner wasn't the only conversation piece because the treat that followed was one for the kids and kids at heart. For you marshmallow lovers out there you would be in marshmallow heaven as you have a choice of roasted marshmallows, plain marshmallows and chocolate drizzled marshmallows from the self serve chocolate fountain. This decadent treat was a definite crowd favorite!

The next half of the show kicked off with a dancing competition for the married couples in the audience followed by a singing competition for anyone who would volunteer (men vs women). There were plenty of great prizes to be won and even better was the spontaneous amusement that was generated. The second half did not stop there it was non-stop, jam packed entertainment featuring the Limbo Queen, King Cassius Clay the fire eater, the "tuk" band, dare devil stilt men, a tumbling shaggy bear and an extremely animated green monkey. Ooohhs and aahhs were continuously belted as the gathering was amazed by performance after performance.
